- 100% refund subscription (no refund set up fee): If you have not used and experienced our Mango Pos system for at least 30 days and you find it unsuitable.
- After signing and completing the cancellation procedure, we will not receive any requests to retrieve old data
For hardware:
- We at Mango Pos only support changing the terminal (credit card machine) in case of error on our part after being inspected by the Device team.
- We only submit cancel merchant service when we receive the terminal (credit card machine) from you after 7 days from the time you sign the cancellation form from us.
- Clover: no refunds/exchanges unless there is a manufacturer error.
