Cancellation and refund policy
You can cancel to receive a full refund on the software and setup fee within 30 days from your first invoice date. Between 31 and 90 days, you must have completed at least five (5) closed tickets to receive a full refund on the software and setup fee if you deem Mango POS not suitable for your business.
All hardware return requests must be notified via email within 21 days of the invoice date to be eligible for a refund. This excludes Clover Terminal. Mango Support: support@enrichco.us
  • The software/setup fee will be refunded to the original payment method and will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Hardware refunds will have a 15% restocking fee and processing fee. Clover devices are excluded from the refund policy.
