Our software arranges all open tickets into two sections, in service tickets and pending tickets, enabling technicians and managers to easily see the salon’s workflow. In service, tickets display the start time and duration so you can see which tickets need your attention. After service is complete, the completed ticket groups into the Pending Tickets section so Technicians can promptly find the ticket once the customer is ready to pay.
